Our Children’s Ministry seeks to bring children into age-appropriate worship where they can belong to the family of God, grow in their relationship with Christ, learn to serve, and then go share Christ in the world! We do this by providing an environment where kids are safe, can relate, and are taught God’s Word in fun and interactive ways.
Our strict security process ensures the safety of all children in our care and gives parents the peace of mind to enjoy the adult worship services. Each child will be given a name tag with an identification code. The parent will be given a receipt that matches, ensuring they will be the only one able to pick up the child from class. We also perform National Security Background checks on all of our staff.
Studio All-Stars (Kindergarten thru 5th grade) helps kids to move to the next level in God by serving, sharing, and becoming their best in Him! The All-Stars work together to develop our Christianity and talents; the talents God has given us to shine in this world. This class is located in Planet Kidz in our Education Center.
First Time at Planet Kidz?
You can enter Planet Kidz through the canopy entrance of the Education Center. All classes other than our infant nursery, 6 weeks through proficient walkers, are held in this building. Our Infant Nursery is located inside the atrium of The Event Center. We suggest you plan to arrive approximately 20 minutes before service time to get your family registered for class and to service on time.
On your first visit, we will check your family into our database system. Once your family is checked in, one of our volunteers will be happy to show you the age appropriate room we have created for your child. We will ask for the following personal information: family members’ names, children’s names and birth dates, family address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child. This information is saved to ensure an easier check-in on your next visit.
You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion of your matching identification tags which bears a code that is matched to your portion during checkout at the end of the service. During checkout, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
On your way home, be sure to ask your child: “Did you have fun?” and “What did you learn today?”
A Special Note
If for some reason your child were to need you during the service, your family identification code would appear on the screens in the auditorium. We would ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and report to your child’s class.
